The Parts Manager is responsible for:

• Generation of sales, gross margin and net operating profit for the department.
• Overall parts department performance
• Upkeep, security, parts area appearance
• Management of inventory.

 

Additional responsibilities include:

• Hiring, training and developing Parts Department staff
• Maintaining and developing loyal customer relationships.
