Job Summary:

The IT Systems and Support Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure the security of our systems.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

· Manage and support IT infrastructure and network systems to ensure optimal, secure performance.

· Monitor cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and threats.

· Respond to security incidents and breaches and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

· Provide employee support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new processes and improvements.

· Liaise technical support between employees and third-party systems support.

· Administrate user accounts and licenses across multiple third-party systems and services including but not limited to Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure internal solutions are current, secure, and effective.

· Document and maintain internal system functionality and processes for future reference.

· Maintain and update helpdesk documentation and knowledge base to assist employees and troubleshooting common issues.

· Use agentic AI to develop, implement, and improve in-house solutions and processes for cross-departmental teams.

· Travel to branch locations, including overnight stays.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has detailed knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as:

· The strength to lift and carry 30 pounds of weight

· Advanced computer skills

· Experience with administrating Microsoft 365 tenants

· A Strong Networking knowledge

· Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices

· System administration experience of multi-site entities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive Wages, based on experience
