LDI currently offers "in house" charge accounts for qualifying customers. Anyone interested in establishing a charge account for parts and service needs to complete and submit an application for credit along with a sales tax exemption certificate when applicable. Links to both forms are below. Credit applications can be submitted to your local LDI location or to the corporate office via fax - (785) 301.2421 or email - accounting@ldi.us. Accounts will not be considered for credit without the appropriate credit application on file and processed.
